Services
01 — Initial Intake Session
We will meet to discuss past history and current concerns that you would like to address in counseling. We will create treatment goals that reflect your hopes for the future.
02 — Individual Therapy
Virtual one-on-one video sessions for individuals 19+ in the state of Alabama, or in-person sessions available to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in Mobile, Alabama.
03 — Couples/Family Therapy
Connection and communication are vital pieces of any couple or family relationship. A counselor can be an advocate and mutual party as partners and families navigate transitions such as marriage, birth of children, challenging seasons, and more.
04 — “Walk & Talk” Therapy
Research has shown that nature and exercise can be incredibly healing. Join me virtually for an audio call from a local park, your home gym, or somewhere else remote or private, and I’ll do the same. We can also meet locally in the Mobile, Alabama, area for individuals over 19.
05 — Creative Therapy
Creativity is one of the greatest gifts in difficult seasons. Play, the kinesthetic activity of creation, and the expression of self are important activities when learning to enjoy the present moment. We can incorporate art, music, writing, etc. into your sessions as desired. Play therapy is an interactive way to approach care with children.

I am credentialed with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama and All Kids and will verify benefits before initial session.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
● Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
