Many of us facing trauma feel the pain of past events surfacing in everyday life.

We may feel like no matter what we do, we can’t seem to move forward and live the life we know we were meant to.

Sometimes we may have difficulty sleeping due to thinking about the past or nightmares…

or possibly have trouble making sense of childhood events or family dynamics.

In counseling we work together to process traumatic events in ways that are scientifically proven to help you find relief. We utilize somatic approaches, which means mind and body, to help you find peace within your physical body.

We also use a narrative (storytelling) approach, because everyone has a story that needs to be told.

Painful experiences are part of humanity, but you do not have to suffer. Healing is possible.
